Renovation of a 52,000 s.f. office building in downtown Jackson, Mississippi to serve as a satellite teaching facility for Jackson State University. The entire existing curtain wall skin was removed and replaced with a new energy performance curtain wall system. The existing concrete plaza was replaced with a new green park to service the downtown area as well as providing a new accessible route into the building.

Currently under construction. Phase 1 (exterior) has been completed. Interior to be finished by Summer of 2012
