A jazz and barbecue themed restaurant featuring nightly live Kansas City jazz performances. This restaurant was to be located within the US Pavilion at the 2000 World Exposition in Hanover, Germany.

A project for the United States Department of State. The pavilion participation was canceled by the United States government.
